Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CopyNova AI ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description

CopyNova AI provides a signal automation platform that connects TradingView alerts and Telegram messages to MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) via CopyNode for automated trade execution. We are a technology service provider only. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All trading decisions are solely your responsibility.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Each account is for individual use only and may not be shared.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: attempting to breach security measures, using the Platform for illegal activities, interfering with other users' access, uploading malicious code, or reselling our services without authorization. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account, including trades executed through your CopyNodes.

5. Trading Risk Disclosure

Important Risk Warning: Trading forex, CFDs, cryptocurrencies, indices, commodities, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose. CopyNova AI is not responsible for any trading losses incurred through the use of our platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or execution of any signals.

6. Subscription & Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis at the rates displayed on our pricing page. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to active subscribers. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. Failed payments may result in service interruption.

Plan limits (CopyNodes, channels) are enforced based on your current subscription tier. Exceeding limits requires an upgrade. See our pricing page for current plan details.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard (Dashboard → Subscription → Cancel Plan) or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

• Your paid subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation.
• At period end, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan with limited access (1 CopyNode, 1 channel, basic features).
• Your remaining credits are preserved and can still be used on the Free plan.
• Excess CopyNodes and channels beyond Free plan limits will be automatically disabled (not deleted).
• To restore full access, upgrade to a paid plan at any time. Disabled resources can then be re-enabled.

8. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for used services, consumed credits, or partially used subscription periods. However, the following exceptions apply:

• Duplicate Payments: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same transaction, the duplicate charge will be refunded within 7 business days.
• Service Outage: If our platform experiences downtime exceeding 48 continuous hours, you may request a prorated service credit for the affected period.
• Credit Packages: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire and roll over with an active subscription.
• Unauthorized Charges: If you believe a charge was unauthorized, you must notify us within 30 days of the transaction date.

To report a billing issue or request a refund under the above conditions, email us at support@copynova-ai.com with your account details. All requests are reviewed within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

9. Credits System

Credits are the Platform's virtual currency for signal execution. Key rules:

• Credits are consumed per signal execution at rates displayed on our pricing page.
• Credits never expire and remain available regardless of your subscription status. You can continue using your credits even on the Free plan.
• Credit packages are one-time purchases and are non-refundable.
• If your credit balance reaches zero, signal execution will pause until credits are replenished.
• While credits work on any plan, Free plan users have limited access (1 CopyNode, 1 channel, limited features). To access more, upgrade to a paid plan.
• We reserve the right to adjust credit consumption rates with 14 days notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CopyNova AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, data loss, service interruptions, or signal execution failures. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, code, design, logos, and trademarks on the Platform are owned by CopyNova AI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or non-payment. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. We reserve the right to retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

13. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including TradingView, Telegram, MetaTrader 4/5, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration laws.
